With cafe shops popping up around the city like plastic bottles you would be lucky to find a decent cup of coffee. Today's your lucky day. I am OCD about my coffee. My criteria are simple, basic clean balanced black coffee with acidity to match its single origins. Blends, coffee cocktails, and over priced black water are fine for some but not for these lips. They sell mostly single origins from reputable coffee regions. I ordered the Ethiopian black drip/pour over, freshly made. Acidity balanced Not sour, Not bitter Pastries sourced locally Give it a try, I think it's a good start to your day when you have a good cup of coffee.

Shout out to Monica for being a stellar ambassador for the brand and for explaining the exciting varietals and roasting philosophy. Truly delicious coffee with a positive social impact mission and impressive intentional design. It is so neat to see the roaster in action, the tubes with beans overhead, the degassing function, and all the equipment for the best cup of . They even have a FlashChiller for exceptional cold brews and iced coffees. You're in for a treat with the best iced coffee in town! I opted for a dark roast, which was both freshly roasted and ground. What makes it even better is that a cold machine is used to chill the coffee, resulting in a drink that's strong, flavorful, and incredibly delicious.
I was so happy to find this coffee shop while at Orchard Grocer (they're the ones that recommended it!) The staff were very friendly and explained their different beans based on what I was in the mood for as a coffee noob, and their iced coffee process. They brew the coffee hot (as it should be) and rapidly chill it with a cool contraption. It was an absolutely delicious coffee. Had to pass by every day of my trip! I also love the vacuum tubes to carry the beans directly into the machines. Definitely recommend!

Wowwww I had an iced smoky vanilla latte with pistachio milk (other non dairy milks included oat and almond I believe, but the pistachio was next level) from this spot today and it totally blew me away!! What a rich and tasty drink, perfectly balanced and just the right amount of sweetness. You can also choose your coffee beans from a wide selection, and I got a recommendation from the barista that was just perfect for me. Awesome coffee shop, can’t wait to be back for another delicious latte!
I LOVE ROASTING PLANT!!! The ability to customize your choice in coffee beans is unparalleled there are so many options. I used to hate coming here for hot drinks because the milk was a bit inconsistent but ever since the new boy started it seems like everyone stepped up their game in that department and I can finally get a hot latte. Yay!! 10/10 you should absolutely go to roasting plant.
